This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the workplace.Client DetailsA private sector company who is a global leader in software solutions.Description Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanour.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and equipped with necessary materials.Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner; take messages as needed.Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up meeting spaces.Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries in a timely manner.Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks for various departments.Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.Provide general support to visitors and ensure all guests sign in/out.Assist the HR and Operations teams with any additional tasks, including event coordination and office communications. Profile High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
