Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages as needed
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding property listings, appointments, and general information
• Schedule and confirm appointments for agents and clients
• Maintain a clean and organized office
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
• Coordinate mail and package deliveries
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed
Social Media Management, designing and creating posts, handling of social media accounts.
• Preparing presentations for clients.
