Job Description:

  • Greet customers and assist with their rental needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Handle reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations, and verify customer details.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process, inspect vehicles, document damage, and complete paperwork.
  • Oversee vehicle availability, track inventory, and coordinate with maintenance to keep vehicles clean and ready.
  • Maintain accurate rental records, prepare reports, and assist with administrative tasks. Provide information on vehicle features, rental policies, and local attractions, and offer recommendations.

Salary:                        up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A Dubai-based rental service offering cars, yachts, and water sports equipment.


Qualifications:

  • Open to Filipino and CIS nationalities
  • Female, 35 years and below
  • Must have previous experience in customer facing role - hospitality, corporate or a similar/related industry.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and rental management software.
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
