Job Description
Receive, inspect and record the orders of kitchen, F&B and Stewarding team and ensure that the hotel standards and regulations are being followed
Organize and maintain food storage areas
Follow HACCP and safety procedures in line with the hotel’s standards accordingly.
Assist the Purchasing team in accordance to the tasks relayed by the Cost Controller and Procurement Manager
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
