Dubai We are hiring a Real Estate Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for our clients. The role involves coaching on below criteria, with a focus on improving performance and achieving business goals.
Introduction to real estate in UAE
Property types and regulations
Buying and selling process
Rental Market and Management
Soft skills for Real Estate
Cultural awareness in Real Estate
Practical applications and case studies
Conduct assessments / identity level of improvements and prepare individual reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate and training/coaching. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of real estate laws and market practices. Availability to take 2- 4 hours of training sessions per day, 1 or 2 days per week, during weekdays.* Residing in UAE and ability to commute to the location for face to face courses
