Position Overview:

Real Estate Agent:

1. Off Plan Property specialist: - As an Off Plan property specialist, you are responsible for helping clients in off plan sales, providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth transaction.
2. Leasing Property specialist: -  As a Leasing Property specialist, you are responsible for helping owners in finding potential clients, providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth transaction.
3. Secondary Property specialist: - As a Secondary Property specialist, you are responsible for helping clients in buying and selling secondary property, providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth transaction.
4. Commercial Property specialist: -  As a Commercial Property specialist, you are responsible for helping clients to find commercial properties, providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth transaction.

• We are looking for a motivated and efficient real estate agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for clients and prospects through various means, including networking, referrals.
• View properties, listings and select offers to achieve successful transactions.
• Stay informed about property market conditions, price tags, and regulatory requirements to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, developers, owners and other industry professionals.
• Provide customer service and support in the purchase, sale or lease and immediately address concerns and questions.
• Must meet and exceed sales goals, revenue goals and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications:

• Multilingual. professionals with real estate experience and knowledge of the UAE market
• Fresher’s also welcome with least knowledge of market.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, goal oriented and able to work individually and as part of a team.
