This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent at Ascentya Realty in Dubai. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for conducting property sales, building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth real estate transaction process.
1. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and negotiate effectively with clients.
2-Market Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of Dubai’s property market, investment hotspots, and economic factors affecting real estate.
3- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with a diverse clientele.
4- Networking Abilities: The capacity to build a wide professional network that includes developers, investors, and property owners.
5- Language Proficiency: English is a must, while knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage given Dubai's multicultural environment.
6- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and online marketing platforms to manage client relationships and listings efficiently.
7- Experience in Real Estate sales is a plus.
