Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and contracts.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Attend open houses and property viewings to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
Stay current on industry regulations, best practices, and market developments.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Strong communication skills : English – Mandatory. Proficiency in any other language is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Strong Sales Aptitude: Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
