Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Property Listings: Assist clients in listing, marketing, and selling properties in Dubai's real estate market.
• Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings and provide valuable insights about the properties, neighborhoods, and the overall market.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate offers and agreements with buyers, sellers, and landlords, aiming to close deals effectively and efficiently.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering expert advice on market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
• Market Research: Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, and new developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions are in line with RERA regulations and company policies.
