About the Role:
We are looking for a Highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our dynamic real estate sales team in Dubai. This role is crucial in Driving Revenue Growth, Building Strong Client Relationships, and Shaping Strategic Sales Initiatives in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate will have A Strong background in Sales Management, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to Lead, Mentor, and Inspire a high-performing sales team.
Develop & Execute Sales Strategies – Drive business growth and meet company targets.
Lead & Motivate the Sales Team – Mentor and empower a results-driven team.
Market Analysis & Business Development – Identify trends, opportunities & competitive insights.
Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong connections with stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring & Training – Conduct sales training and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Marketing – Develop impactful promotional campaigns to drive leads.
Negotiate & Close Deals – Maximise revenue through strong negotiation and closing skills.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting – Provide regular insights to senior management for strategic planning.
Enhance Customer Experience – Gather and implement feedback for service improvements.
Proven Experience – Minimum 3-5 years in Dubai real estate sales management
Leadership Skills – Strong ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Market Knowledge – Understanding of Dubai’s real estate trends and investment landscape.
Excellent Communication – Strong negotiation, presentation & interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Results-Driven – Ability to work under pressure and exceed targets.
Professionalism & Integrity – Committed to ethical business practices.
Language Skills – Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus.
