Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s real estate portfolio and enhance asset value.
Lead and mentor the property management team, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
Ensure strong financial management, optimizing budgets, controlling costs, and increasing profitability.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize the company's productivity.
Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in property management within the UAE real estate sector.
