Real Estate Investment Manager

Driven Properties is seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Manager to join our Investment Analysis Department. This role will be responsible for advising high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, and corporate clients on real estate investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment analysis, market trends, and financial modeling to guide clients in making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert investment advice to clients, helping them identify and acquire high-yield real estate assets in Dubai and international markets.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for potential real estate investments.
• Develop tailored investment strategies based on client objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions.
• Keep up to date with local and global real estate market trends, economic indicators, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and industry stakeholders to source exclusive opportunities.
• Prepare and present investment proposals, reports, and financial models to clients and senior management.
• Conduct in-depth investment report writing, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including research, sales, and marketing, to support the investment advisory function.
• Monitor portfolio performance and advise clients on asset management strategies to maximize returns.
