Real Estate Developer Senior Project Manager

AHS, a premier real estate company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Developer Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale real estate development projects from conception through completion. The Senior Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead the project management team in the execution of development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Full Time site attendance to Manage the project and resolve any issues encountered
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and partners
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management
• Mentor and guide project team members to foster professional development
