We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Broker for a 2-month consulting project, with a specialized focus on industrial real estate, particularly in warehouse consolidation. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Dubai industrial real estate market, including key logistics hubs and mainland/free zones, and a proven track record of helping businesses consolidate their warehouse operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong client relations skills, a deep understanding of the supply chain landscape, and the ability to identify and negotiate real estate solutions that enhance operational efficiencies for clients.
What You'll Do:
Warehouse Consolidation Advisory: Provide expert guidance on the consolidation of our warehouse spaces to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Understand and assess the current warehouse footprint and recommend strategic consolidation opportunities within Dubai’s industrial zones.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on trends and developments in Dubai's industrial real estate market. Offer insights on market conditions, including demand, pricing, regulations, and future growth areas.
Site Selection and Property Acquisition: Identify, assess, and negotiate the best industrial properties, including warehouse and distribution centers in key locations such as Dubai South, Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), and Dubai Industrial City.
Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of the leasing or purchasing process, from property tours to contract negotiation, ensuring a smooth and timely transaction.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with developers, landlords, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and achieve optimal deal structures.
Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic real estate advice, including property evaluation, zoning requirements, and potential ROI for warehouse consolidation projects.
Project Management: Manage consolidation project from inception to completion, coordinating with various teams (architects, contractors, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of property solutions that meet requirements.
Education and Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Knowledge and Skills
5+ years of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on industrial properties and warehouse operations.
Proven experience in warehouse consolidation within Dubai’s industrial market.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s industrial zones, including JAFZA, Dubai South, and other free zones.
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
