Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering guidance on suitable off-plan properties.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities in Dubai’s real estate sector.
• Provide in-depth consultations on off-plan projects, covering pricing, payment plans, developer reputation, and ROI analysis.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Assist clients throughout the purchasing process, from paperwork to final transaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to maximize sales and streamline operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan properties.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive market.
