Job Summary:
As a Property Consultant at SkyCrest Realty, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. You will leverage your industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships, assess client needs, and provide tailored property solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in real estate who is looking to grow their career in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to prospective clients.
Analyze market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate information.
Assist clients in understanding their financing options and coordinate with mortgage brokers.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Maintain and manage a database of clients and prospective leads.
Stay updated on local real estate market conditions, changes in legislation, and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Attend industry events and network to build relationships and generate leads.
Qualifications:
6 Months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Own car & valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Fluency in English (Russian, Chinese, Farsi, is a plus)
