Real Estate Broker

A Real Estate Broker is required for a reputable real estate company based in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, with a maximum of 20 years. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the local real estate market in Dubai and a proven track record of successful sales and transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
2. Provide guidance and assist clients in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
3. Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
4. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
5. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven track record of successful sales and transactions in the real estate industry.
2. Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai, UAE.
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
