Job responsibilities:
* calling and messaging villas and penthouses owners to convince them to market their properties with us
* creating A, B and F forms using Dubai REST app
* scheduling meetings and assisting with events
* handling properties listings with company admin assistance
* organising filming of the units
* dropping deposit and commission cheques to the company office
* getting the pass to get to the properties through the master developers websites
* visiting master developer offices to solve simple issues
* preparing regular market reports
* producing basic marketing materials including brochures and small video presentations
Remuneration consists of 2 parts:
Fixed salary + bonus which is the percentage of the agent's net commission that is going to depend on how much income is generated.
Schedule:
- Working hours: 9.00 to 18.00 Dubai time
- Working days: from Monday to Saturday inclusive
-Knowledge of Fronds villas layouts and main luxurious projects (Six senses, Orla, Royal Atlantis, W residences etc)
-Knowledge of Dubai REST app and trakheesi.dubailand.gov.ae website
-Proven experience in managing property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
-Familiarity with the DLD permit process and Dubai’s real estate regulations.
-Experience in telesales or cold calling
-Strong organisational and administrative skills, with an ability to multitask.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
-Fluent English without hard accent
-Prior experience in a similar role is essential (she must have worked as a estate assistant or even an agent before)
-Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
-1 year+ experience within Dubai real estate field
-In depth knowledge of real estate transaction processes on both the off plan and secondary market
