This is a full-time on-site role as an Off-Plan Sales Specialist at Stellar Heights Realty in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The expectation is basic REAL ESTATE 101 i.e. knowledge of HOW, WHEN, WHERE, WHAT, AND WHY of the UAE Realty Landscape through a vision binoculars of DUBAI 2030.
Assist and advise clients in purchasing directly from developers and owners
Provide clients with updates on the off-plan market, including new launches and pricing
Facilitate negotiations between primary property buyers and developers/owners
Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence through consistent professionalism
Build and maintain relationships with developers and investors to enhance and update the property database
Gather and share information, including marketing materials on new developments and local neighborhoods, to evaluate risks and benefits
Complete all necessary paperwork, keeping files organized and compliant with office procedures for documentation and quality assurance
Manage time efficiently to ensure all responsibilities are met effectively
Open to hiring Persons of Determination.
Requirements
Communication and Customer Service skills
UAE REAL ESTATE SALES EXPERIENCE is desirable
Number Crunching and Analytical Data Driven Approach
Negotiation and Presentation skills
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape not limited to primary market
Impeccable command over the English language.
Multilingual candidates shall be given preference
Previous experience in off-plan sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or equivalent experience
Confident and self-driven
Freshers are welcome given that the applicant has abundant connections or potential clients.
