Real Estate Agent (Italian Speaker)

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Off-Plan Real Estate Agent with fluency in Italian and English to join our team in Dubai. This is a commission-based, full-time position where you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with clients, guiding them through the exciting process of purchasing off-plan properties in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their investment objectives and property preferences.

• Conduct thorough market research, identify suitable off-plan properties, conduct viewings and presentations, and negotiate and close deals to ensure client satisfaction.

• Negotiate and manage rental and sales agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and legally compliant.

• Prepare and review sales agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and legally compliant.

• Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, regulations, and enhance your knowledge and skills through continuous professional development.
