Key Responsibilities
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to understand their needs and offer tailored property solutions.
· Property Listings: Source and list properties for sale or rent, ensuring comprehensive and accurate property details are shared with clients.
· Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of properties.
· Negotiation: Mediate and negotiate the terms of sales, lease agreements, and closing conditions on behalf of clients to achieve mutually beneficial deals.
· Documentation Support: Assist clients with the legal and administrative aspects of property transactions, ensuring compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
· Sales and Revenue Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets through effective prospecting and deal closure.
· Networking and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients, including attending networking events and leveraging digital channels.
· Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and market updates for management review.
