Job Description:
We are recruiting experienced and international real estate agents who are fluent in English and looking for an exciting career opportunity in the thriving Dubai real estate market. This is a commission-only role, and we are targeting agents with a strong sales background or real estate experience.
As a member of Tamm Real Estate, you will have access to a progressive commission structure that rewards your performance. We provide you with all the necessary tools, including a company SIM card, data on clients and property owners, and a two-year work visa to help you succeed in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell both offplan and secondary market properties in Dubai
Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
Provide expert advice and property recommendations to clients
Negotiate and close deals
Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage, but not mandatory
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
