At Subarashi Real Estate, we’re reshaping the Dubai market with innovation and a tech-driven approach. What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary (AED 3,000 to AED 8,000 for the first 6 months) + 50% commission, with salary review

  • Assistance with RERA exam and broker card

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords)
  • Lead property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Close sales and leasing deals
  • Stay updated on market trends and offer expert advice
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate in Dubai
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • UAE driving license and car (not mandatory, but a plus)

  • Efficiently managing schedules, property viewings, and client appointments.

Networking Skills

  • Ability to build connections with clients, investors, and property developers.

Tech-Savviness

  • Familiarity with CRM software, online listing platforms, and social media marketing.

Attention to Detail

  • Ensuring accuracy in contracts, property listings, and financial transactions.

Resilience and Adaptability

  • Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and adapt to market changes.

Languages (Optional but preferred)

  • Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or French being an advantage.

Driving Skills

  • A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle to facilitate property viewings
