Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at NESTAGE PROPERTIES in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless real estate experience.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skills
• Customer Service and Sales abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• A bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field is a plus

Requirements

• At least one year of proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in Dubai market.
• Deep understanding of the local real estate industry, market trends, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and another language
