2. Conduct research on local real estate market trends, property values, and neighbourhood statistics to provide clients with informed advice.
3. Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or renters, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
5. Represent clients in negotiations for purchase agreements, lease terms, and other contractual matters to ensure the best possible outcomes.
6. Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents associated with real estate transactions.
7. Build and maintain relationships with clients, other agents, developers account managers and industry professionals, such as mortgage brokers and home inspectors.
8. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters both Off plan projects and Secondary Market.
9. Provide clients with guidance on financing options, market conditions, and the buying or selling process.
10. Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends through ongoing education, trainings and professional development.
