We are seeking strong Property Consultants to join our team in our executive offices located in the heart of Dubai, overlooking the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa and direct connectivity to The Dubai Mall.


Location:

Emaar Square, Burj Khalifa Community, Dubai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to company-generated leads, inquiries, and referrals.

• Present and prepare compelling presentations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions!

• Negotiate terms and prices with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

• Conduct market research to identify new prospects and opportunities.

• Showcase properties to clients, highlighting unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns ethically in-line with our core values.

• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless, positive, and holistic experience.

• Stay ahead of the curve and up to date on market trends, property developments, and industry regulations.

• Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends.

• Ensure compliance based on company guidelines and policies.

• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to turn challenges into growth opportunities.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to explore future business prospects.

Ensure all paperwork, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, etc., are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner.
