We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Real Estate Administrative Coordinator & Sales & Listing Specialist to join our team and help streamline operations while driving property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Coordination:
Manage property listings on MLS, company website, and real estate platforms like BAYUT, DUBIZZLE AND PROPERTY FINDER.
Prepare Tenancy Contracts, Addendum, MOU, No Objection Certificate Preparing digital contracts: Form A, B,F & I
Maintain documents related to the property listing, sales & rental transactions.
Schedule and oversee property showings, open houses, and inspections
Handle client communication and appointment scheduling
Ensure all listing materials (photos, descriptions, brochures) are up to date
Sales & Listing Specialist Duties:
Identify and acquire new property listings through lead generation and prospecting
Conduct property valuations and provide market analysis to sellers
Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, administration, or coordination
- Knowledge of real estate contracts, MLS platforms, and marketing strategies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and real estate tools
- Real estate license (preferred or required, depending on your location)
