Next Level Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in the real estate industry
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration in Dubai.
✔ Strong knowledge of property listing platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
✔ Familiarity with Trakheesi permits, Dubai REST, and real estate forms (A, B, and F).
✔ Experience in handling real estate contracts, agreements, and tenancy documents.
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✔ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and real estate CRM software.
