Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and cost estimates. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from project drawings and specifications. Evaluate and approve contractor and supplier invoices. Assist in tendering processes, including preparing bills of quantities and pricing. Perform cost control and value engineering to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality. Provide cost forecasts and financial reports to stakeholders. Manage project variations and ensure contractual compliance for payment processes.
Qualifications
A degree in any field (preferably related to construction or engineering). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure or construction projects. Proficiency in cost estimation and management tools. Strong understanding of project contracts and tendering processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
