Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from project drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate and approve contractor and supplier invoices.
• Assist in tendering processes, including preparing bills of quantities and pricing.
• Perform cost control and value engineering to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Provide cost forecasts and financial reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project variations and ensure contractual compliance for payment processes.

• A degree in any field (preferably related to construction or engineering).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and management tools.
• Strong understanding of project contracts and tendering processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
