We are currently seeking a seasoned and accomplished professional to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor with extensive estimation background. As a key member of our engineering department, you will bring extensive experience and expertise to contribute to the success of our diverse range of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to analyze plans and drawings.
• Provide accurate estimates using Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Calculate quantity takeoffs for materials, including blocks and plaster.
• Develop detailed project budgets and monitor costs throughout.
• Identify and mitigate cost-related risks, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, procurement, and clients.
• Enhance the estimation process and stay informed about industry best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of estimates and support contractual negotiations.
