Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor in the Tender Department is responsible for accurately analysing tender documents, and ensuring preparation of detailed quantity surveying, as instructed by Estimators. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Analyse tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
• Familiar with the Methods of Measurements such as POMY, SMM 7, CESSM 3, and others.
• Coordinate with other Tender Team stakeholders.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specs and elaborate bill of quantities.
• Liaise with internal departments stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings, and presentations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS offices – AutoCAD – BIM will be a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying. 
• 5-7 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a tender environment.
• Middle East experience is highly preferred.
