We are currently recruiting for a Quality Specialist for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
Job Purpose
• Monitoring Quality KPI’s and acting on problem solving within the stakeholders.
• Responsible for disposition, closure, and maintenance of out of flow/non-conforming material.
• Acting with internal and network stakeholders based on levels of Problem-solving approach:
DOR, APPS, PSR and Kaizens - escalating to higher management when needed.
• Internal auditing accountability as well action plans design to solve gaps.
• External certification audits on AS9120 Quality Management System support, corrective actions,
and standards improvements
• Maintaining training records and quality control work instructions.
• Quarantine & on hold material management, control, and countermeasures implementation.
• MRB responses and internal tracking with involved stakeholders until actions are closed
• Managing ETQ quality system
• Managing staff quality training, enduring that all internal processes is clear and understood,
documented on procedures that ensure product conformance and compliance.
• Liaising quality data to vendors for serviceability verification and/or return to vendor.
