Position Overview:We are seeking a Quality Inspector Assistant to join our dynamic team at Hilong Pipeline Middle East Technology Industry Ltd. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in quality inspection within the oil and gas sector and possess excellent communication skills in English or Chinese. Key Responsibilities:Conduct Inspections: Assist in performing quality inspections on pipeline coatings, pipeline integrity services, maintenance operations, and port handling equipment to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards.Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials, products, and services throughout the production and operational processes.Report Defects: Identify any quality issues, defects, or deviations from specifications, document them, and report to management for immediate action and resolution.Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all inspections comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while maintaining quality assurance protocols.Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate records of findings, deviations, and corrective actions.Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other departments to support quality control initiatives and ensure seamless operations.Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality reviews, contribute to process improvement strategies, and support ongoing training in quality assurance best practices.Required Qualifications and Experience:Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in quality inspection, preferably within the oil and gas or energy sector.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English or Chinese (both written and spoken).Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pipeline inspection standards, coating procedures, and quality control processes.Skills:Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.A strong commitment to safety standards, quality control, and environmental regulations.Why Join Hilong?Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a global leader in the oil and gas industry.Global Exposure: Work on high-profile projects with a diverse, international team.Work Environment: A supportive and collaborative team that values innovation, safety, and quality in all aspects of the business.Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Abu Dhabi (Preferred)
