Quality Controller

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products and processes meet established quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role involves close collaboration with production teams to maintain and enhance product quality, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement.

• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  
• Document and report inspection results, including deviations and non-conformities.
  
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Maintain records of quality control tests, certifications, and inspections.
  
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  
• Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
  
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
  
• Lead root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective actions.
  
• Provide feedback to suppliers regarding quality issues and monitor improvements.
  

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role.
  
• Knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and industry standards.
  

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  
• Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
  
• Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality certifications.
