Quality and Patient Safety Manager

To provide guidance and support to allocated business units on Quality and Patient safety measures required for regulatory compliance, audits and risk mitigation
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential: Bachelor's degree in a clinical healthcare field
Desired: Certification in Quality Management (e.g. CPHQ, CPPS, CMQ)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential: At least 5 years healthcare experience in quality and patient safety
Desired: Previous experience in a professional clinical role
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Analysing and interpreting data related to quality improvement in clinical care and the overall functioning of the facility Audit principles and taking corrective and/or preventative action where necessary (e.g. risk management and quality management programme) Clinical Quality Planning, Improvement and Assurance methodology Clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement Continuous improvement and quality assurance methodologies Demonstrate an understanding of quality improvement processes and the ability to maintain quality/accreditation standards Quality management and governance standards and best practice
