To provide guidance and support to allocated business units on Quality and Patient safety measures required for regulatory compliance, audits and risk mitigation

To coordinate continuous quality improvement of systems and procedures

Guide and drive business unit preparation for regulatory and accreditation compliance related to quality and patient safety

Monitor and support audit planning, execution and related risk management

Essential: Bachelor's degree in a clinical healthcare field

Desired: Certification in Quality Management (e.g. CPHQ, CPPS, CMQ)

Essential: At least 5 years healthcare experience in quality and patient safety

Desired: Previous experience in a professional clinical role

• Analysing and interpreting data related to quality improvement in clinical care and the overall functioning of the facility
• Audit principles and taking corrective and/or preventative action where necessary (e.g. risk management and quality management programme)
• Clinical Quality Planning, Improvement and Assurance methodology
• Clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement
• Continuous improvement and quality assurance methodologies
• Demonstrate an understanding of quality improvement processes and the ability to maintain quality/accreditation standards
• Quality management and governance standards and best practice
