Job Description
Conduct inspections of mechanical installations, piping, HVAC systems, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Perform and witness tests on mechanical systems, including pressure tests, non-destructive testing (NDT), and functional tests. Verify the quality of materials delivered to the site, ensuring they meet the required specifications. Prepare and maintain detailed inspection records and test reports. Review and verify quality control documents submitted by subcontractors, such as material certificates, welding records, and inspection reports. Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs) for any deviations from the specifications or standards. Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and the client's quality representatives to resolve any quality issues. Attend and participate in quality meetings, providing updates on inspection activities and quality performance. Ensure that all mechanical work is carried out in accordance with the approved Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP). Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards (such as ASME, API, and ISO), and project-specific requirements. Monitor and verify the implementation of the project’s Quality Management System (QMS) for mechanical works. Conduct audits of mechanical construction activities and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards. Ensure that all inspection activities are conducted in a safe manner, adhering to HSE policies and procedures. Report any unsafe conditions or practices observed during inspections.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. HVAC Diploma Certification
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QC Inspector (MEP), specifically in mechanical construction projects in the UAE or GCC region. Preferable ADNOC Approval profiles and immediately available to Join .
Skills:
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and construction methods. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.

Working Conditions:
Ability to work in a construction site environment, which may include exposure to heat, dust, and noise.
