Adecco is hiring for QA/QC Engineer for leading company in UAE. Job Title: QA/QC Engineer / Quality & OpEx Specialist Location: Dubai, MEA Contract : 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan in line with contractual requirements.
Supervise testing activities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure QA standards.
Conduct project and site quality audits, following up on and closing findings.
Manage non conformities, incidents, and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Provide coaching to project teams on Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence.
Suggest and implement improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS).
Monitor customer feedback and support process improvement initiatives.
Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management (ISO 9001), preferably with a background in power substations and renewable projects.
Experience in Electrical Transmission projects, including civil construction.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi million-pound projects.
Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and ability to work under pressure.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering. Personal Qualities:
