Public Relations (PR) Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Public Relations Officer (PRO) who will be responsible for providing and promoting essential business services such as visa processing, company establishment, and assistance with bank account setup, among other services. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in sales, working to attract and close business deals while maintaining a professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Service Facilitation:

• Oversee and manage company setup procedures, including business licensing and registration in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Handle visa processes for employees and clients, including new visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist clients with opening business and corporate bank accounts.
• Ensure timely submission of documentation for governmental processes.

2. Sales and Client Relations:

• Actively engage in promoting and selling company services related to business establishment, visa services, and banking solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet sales targets by identifying business opportunities and closing sales.

3. Public Relations Duties:

• Represent the company at various government entities such as immigration, ministries, and other government offices for official processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with government authorities to ensure smooth processing of company documentation.
• Ensure all business operations comply with local regulations and government mandates.

4. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of company documents related to business setup, visas, and other official transactions.
• Ensure proper archiving of government approvals and other critical documents.
