Bestax Chartered Accountants, a leading management consultancy, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support a diverse range of clients across both mainland and freezone jurisdictions. This role involves managing all government-related documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, and assisting our clients in business incorporation and maintaining legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:Government Documentation & Compliance:
  • Liaise with federal and local government departments to fulfill tasks assigned by the Client Manager and Company Manager.
  • Handle the incorporation of new legal entities in both Dubai mainland and free zones, ensuring smooth client setup processes.
  • Prepare, submit, and manage visa applications, renewals, trade licenses, and other government documentation using MOHRE and GDRFA portals.
  • Keep the management informed of any updates or changes in UAE labor laws and immigration rules.
  • Submit, follow up, and collect employment and business visas in a timely manner to support our diverse range of clients.
Client Support:
  • Assist clients with document-related requirements such as car registration, accommodation, and other legal matters.
  • Provide continuous support for the renewal, updating, and maintenance of trade licenses and government certificates for all client legal entities in mainland and freezone areas.
  • Resolve any issues related to company vehicle registrations and renewals.
Administrative Support:
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records of employee and client visas, labor contracts, and trade licenses.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company and client documents at all times.
  • Assist the HR team with labor card renewals and visa processing for company employees and their dependents.


Requirements
  1. Minimum of 1 years of experience with sales acumen, and business development.
  2. Proactive, confident, quick-thinking, and a go-getter with a track record of generating business.
  3. Presentable with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  5. High attention to detail and ability to manage documents and databases.
  6. Integrity, dependability, accountability, and work ethic.
