Position: Public Relations Officer (Emirati Talent)
Reporting to: Business Manager

Job description:


  • To collect and give regular updates on all labor and immigration regulations issued by any of the government offices, and to keep the Business Manager well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
  • To provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related tasks such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor and Consulates, and Business Licenses.
  • To work with the Business Manager to ensure that the company is adhering to regulations set forth by the relevant authorities, including but not limited to: Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Municipality, Department of Economic Development and Food Control Department and are abiding by any amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices
  • To submit, follow-up and gather all new employment and business visas, and to ensure that the visas are handled efficiently and processed on time.
  • Renew, update and keep up all employees' visas, and employment contracts up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
  • To make sure all business and trade Licenses are renewed on time
  • Apply for and follow-up on official approvals and permits, as and when needed, to prevent unnecessary violations or fines.
  • Accurately prepare and process required legal documents attestation in government entities, including but not limited to the Department of Economic Development, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality.
  • To handle the registration of the company in different governmental entities where needed in relation to our products, including but not limited to Dubai Municipality Food watch and Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority, etc.
  • When the need arises, represent the company at different offices, including but not limited to Embassies, Police Stations, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments.
  • Deal promptly and productively on general enquiries in relation to the PRO functions
  • Any other duties and tasks assigned by the line manager

Required Skills:


  • Must have experience and know how in the portal system (EDNRD, EFORM, Noqoodi)
  • Learning and experience on the entrance framework use (EDNRD and EFORM, Noqood etc)
  • Strong knowledge of the labor laws
  • Knowledge of the process of obtaining cancellations, and other processed relating to residency permits
  • Administrative skills

Other Details:


  • Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Software knowledge: Required
