Public Relations Officer

We are seeking a public relations officer for the company who will be responsible for dealing with the passports department, social affairs, embassies, and various ministries representing the company and performing the documentation and tasks of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performing various duties and procedures related to the passport department and Social Affairs and reporting the same to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure HR department and MOHRE-related activities are well executed.
• Performing the duties related to renewal, transfer, and new visa issues of staff and company invitees.
• Managing the work permits and timely follow-ups with various ministry departments.
• Assure all business and trade Licenses are updated, and follow up on official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
• Coordinating and performing the duties related to government procedures including Ministries/Municipalities and other Government Departments.
• Handling the activities related to the Ministry of Social Security
• Handling other administrative duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
