We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Property Management Accountant to join our team. The Property Management Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our property management operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting practices and providing essential financial insights that support our property management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions related to property management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for managed properties.
• Monitor and reconcile tenant accounts, ensuring timely rent collection and addressing discrepancies as needed.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for property management operations, providing insights on financial performance and variances.
• Collaborate with property managers and operational teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records and report any inconsistencies to senior management.
• Prepare financial documentation for audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
