Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Full Time Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This is an immediate opportunity for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. Visas accepted for this position include spouse visa, parent visa, employee visa, and freelance visa.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities in the real estate sector
- Actively seek out new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Provide guidance to clients on property investments and real estate transactions
- Negotiate prices and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with property developers and other industry stakeholders to promote properties
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
- Participate in networking events and industry exhibitions to expand client base
Preferred Skills:
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
