Job Summary:
The Property Consultant plays a crucial role in assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties. This position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong sales skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. The Property Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and facilitate property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
· Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and objectives.
· Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
· Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers or renters.
· Assists clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, managing the entire process from start to finish.
· Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
· Prepare and review contracts and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
· Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and industry developments.
· Conduct comparative market analysis to help clients make informed decisions.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication.
· Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead generation through networking and referrals.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listing, and transactions.
· Prepare reports and documentation as required for internal and external purposes.
Skills and Qualifications
· Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
· Demonstrative ability to handle property transactions and client interactions effectively.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge in real estate management software and CRM system.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
· Knowledge of UAE real estate rules and regulations.
· Familiarity with RERA & ADM requirements.
