Property Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will need to have excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and be able to provide expert advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
2. Conduct market research to determine property values
3. Advertise and promote properties to attract potential buyers and tenants
4. Show properties to interested clients and answer any questions they may have
5. Negotiate and prepare sales and rental contracts

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Consultant
2. Comfortable working on a commission model
3. Excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proven track record of successful property sales
