Position: Property and Business Operations Manager
Location: Dubai (Freezone)
Working Hours: Full-time, according to Dubai’s legal working hours
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage both property rentals and business operations in Dubai. This person will handle a range of tasks, from property management and overseeing relationships with banks to sourcing and managing suppliers for business purchases. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Hindi would be highly beneficial. The selected candidate will be based in a dedicated office in Dubai and must demonstrate strong computer skills, particularly in software like Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
• Manage 5 rental properties, including overseeing all check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure all properties are in excellent condition before new tenants arrive, coordinating cleaning and any required maintenance.
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues related to the rental properties promptly.
• Maintain and update records of rental agreements, payments, and client communication.
• Monitor market trends and ensure that rental rates are competitive.
Business Management:
• Manage the day-to-day relations with banks, including processing and verifying documentation for financial transactions, transfers, and other business-related matters.
• Oversee administrative tasks related to company operations, including liaising with authorities or third-party service providers when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and handle any document submissions with precision and accuracy.
Procurement and Supplier Management:
• Handle sourcing and purchasing for business needs, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of required goods.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible terms.
• Arrange product samples, coordinate shipping via DHL or other services, and ensure communication with suppliers is well-maintained.
• Track inventory levels and report on any supplies or stock that need replenishing.

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required by the company.
• Maintain high confidentiality standards regarding the company’s operations and property management dealings.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) and French as well. Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with other office management software is an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience in property management, procurement, or general office management is preferred.
