Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management:
  • Drive direct and indirect sales of residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Identify and develop relationships with individual and institutional clients to generate leads and close sales.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and brokers to enhance sales opportunities.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing personalized support, addressing queries, and resolving concerns efficiently.
  1. Market Research & Strategy:
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  1. Reporting & Compliance:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and UAE real estate regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or real estate (UAE experience is preferred).
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic or a European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish) is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE real estate laws, market trends, and client preferences.
  • Negotiation skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
