Project Specialist - dnata Cargo

As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for a dynamic portfolio of projects across Emirates Group from inception to successful implementation and adoption. You will manage internal and external stakeholders including customers and vendors. 

In this role, you will: 

• Oversee strategic business projects in compliance with PMO guidelines.
• Organise and prioritise multiple projects, assigning resources based on effort assessment.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams, providing performance assessments and support.
• Foster relationships with team members and stakeholders to drive business value.
• Act as an SME, coaching and developing others across the company.
• Shape strategy through insightful and innovative recommendations, and review project portfolio progress to enable management decisions.
• Identify and deliver business process improvements, facilitate change management, and assess the impact of change, risks, and interdependencies.
• Proactively manage project risks, implementing agreed mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables are met, adapting approach when necessary, and quantify project benefits using standard financial tools.
